Supplier offer for the closed beta

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Qindeela is an Arabic store for digital products that sells, under its own name, its own products and those of independent suppliers. We are in a closed beta: nobody pays and nothing is sold yet. This page explains what you get if you upload your product now and what we commit to about your files. These are the terms you accept when you register as a supplier.

What you get

  • Priority placement: beta suppliers' products appear in the "Picked for you" row on the home page at the commercial launch.
  • A report on your product after the beta: what testers saw on its page and what they said about it, with nothing that identifies them.
  • Your default share is 70% of your product's sale price; it is fixed, together with what is deducted before it is calculated, in the signed distribution agreement before any real sale.
  • A page for your product in Arabic and English, reviewed by the Qindeela team before it goes live. No sign-up fee and no monthly fee.

What we commit to about your files

  • Your product is not sold, and no money is taken for it, during the beta.
  • A paid product's file is not available to any visitor or tester during the beta; only Qindeela's admins open it, to review it.
  • We do not sell your product for real money before we sign a written distribution agreement with you.
  • We delete your product and its files within 7 days of your request to hello@qindeela.com.
  • We do not share your files or your details with anyone outside Qindeela.

What everyone can see

  • Once your product is approved its page appears in the store: the cover, description, images and the audio or video preview you upload. Only upload previews you are happy for anyone to see.
  • If you set your price to zero, any visitor can download the product. That choice is yours alone.

What we ask of you

  • You own the product or the right to distribute it, and everything in it (images, sounds, code, fonts) is licensed to you.
  • It contains nothing listed on the prohibited content page, and no harmful code.
  • An honest description in both languages, a suggested price and a cover.
  • Your feedback: how uploading and review went, and what you were missing.

How the beta runs

  • Create an account, register as a supplier and upload your product.
  • We review it and email you the decision and the reason.
  • Invited testers use the store for 2–3 weeks with test orders and no payment.
  • We send you the report and agree with you on what comes next.

After the beta

  • Before any real sale: a signed, non-exclusive distribution agreement that sets your share, what is deducted before it, how and when you are paid, and refund cases, with a check of your identity.
  • The agreement is non-exclusive: you stay free to sell your product anywhere else, and you can withdraw it at any time.

These terms cover the beta only and are replaced by the signed agreement at launch. Questions: hello@qindeela.com
